This applies to all full priced purchases provided the original tags are attached, the items are returned in original unworn condition (without any marks, etc).
Please note: we cannot offer a refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality), however we will happily offer you an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your return to be processed (although we will endeavour to do it as fast as possible!).
All garments are subject to inspection. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the garments are not in original condition, have make up marks, etc.
Other non-returnable items:
Items not in unworn, original condition including the tax invoice
Items that have makeup, fake tan or other marks on them what were not present prior to shipping
Items returned after 14 days
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange please follow these three simple steps:
1. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise what you would like to do (refund or exchange)
2. Purchase a satchel from Australia post
3. Place the item/s you wish to return/exchange in the satchel.
4. Hold on to the tracking number provided by Australia Post. Unfortunately Jagger cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.

Once the Jagger team receives your return/exchange it will be processed with priority.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal expenses incurred for returns (unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded however they can be happily exchanged for another item/s or a credit note.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
